Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the operations team in daily tasks and activities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
- Provide training and development for team members to enhance skills and performance
- Evaluate and manage supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles
- Experience in 3PL, Supply Chain, and Logistics industries
- Experience with WMS systems
