As a Sales Support Supervisor (SSS) you will lead a team of sales support employees in day-to-day responsibilities, operations and overall performance. What you’ll be doing
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and exceed department and company objectives
Identify accounts that meet the business need for sales support staffing through the collaboration with Sales Leadership and LAE’s on requirements to qualify for support and ongoing expectations towards retaining support staff
Maintain customer relationships with sales leadership and facilitate conversations regarding sales support staffing needs
Advocate for and drive company focus items
Manage the interview, candidate evaluation, and hiring process
Coach sales support staff on opportunities to maximize account efficiency through the use of technology and automation
Monitor the team to proactively identify issues, streamline functions, and offer solutions for overall process improvement
Contribute with reporting and productivity evaluations, with ongoing re-evaluation of sales support performance metrics
What you need
- Previous leadership experience required
- High level performer in current role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% for office visits, support needs, and leadership meetings
