Operations Supervisor

About the role

Staci Americas Fulfillment is a fast‑growing 3PL seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for its Avondale, AZ location, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role involves managing shift warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Help determine space requirements and ensure inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on safe operation of equipment and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability.
• Principles and practices of leadership and work management.
• Warehouse‑related SOP’s.
• Individual Account work instructions.
• Warehouse processes and procedures.
• Skilled in making recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
• Interviewing and recommending associate applicants for hire.
• Managing the 5S of the facility.
• Training and developing hourly associates.
• Safety.
• MS Office.
• Organizational protocols.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding warehouse environment.
• Learn AMWARE proprietary WMS.
• Understand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have three to five (3‑5) years of related experience in warehousing, receiving, or inventory control, preferably in a multi‑client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay

The salary range is $65,000 to $70,000.
