Responsibilities

• Leadership & Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to Shift Supervisors and direct-care staff; create a positive, professional, therapeutic environment; plan, assign, and direct work; monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support; participate in performance evaluations and provide recommendations regarding employee development, recognition, corrective action, and disciplinary matters; address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and communicate significant issues to Residential Leadership; support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, career development, and retention efforts; assist with staff scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing coverage.
• Residential Milieu & Youth Care: Maintain oversight of the residential milieu to ensure safety, structure, and therapeutic functioning; provide direct care support when needed to maintain safe staffing and
