Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
- Plan and review logistics processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications
- Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities of workers to optimize shift/team logistics
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by improving internal processes
- Carry out performance evaluations of team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, adhering to company rules and policies
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and lead hands, giving them the information, technology, and materials necessary to perform their jobs
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
- One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Pay
The position is salaried with a minimum pay range of $70,000 and a maximum pay range of $75,000.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5pm - 130am
