Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and clarify job tasks to team members.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of work in progress to detect and rectify deficiencies, including measures for damage and loss prevention.
- Perform final reviews to ensure adherence to AAR, Customer, and Company standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Inspect shuttle vans regularly to uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Conduct daily inspections of work areas to identify and address safety hazards, taking corrective measures and reporting as required.
- Allocate responsibilities to optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and supplies.
- Engage in personnel-related activities such as timekeeping, payroll data entry, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary proceedings, and investigations.
- Adapt to various tasks and duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, effective verbal and written communication, negotiation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to motivate, develop, train, and supervise team members.
- Proficiency in interpreting and administering Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft 365.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
Physical Demands
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to hazardous materials, loud noise, and/or extreme temperatures.
- Perform manual tasks such as ascending/descending ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching, which may be repetitive.
- Regularly carry, lift, move, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Work and stand for extended periods.
- Operate vehicles or mobile equipment as required.
- Occasional travel for meetings, onsite visits, customer locations, or other business-related purposes.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and policies.
- Quickly respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signals.
- Wear personal protective equipment comfortably.
- Navigate a busy environment with clear vision and physical agility.
Schedule
- Full-time, onsite position.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, or on-call as necessary.

Pay
$55,000 USD per year.
