Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for the assigned area of responsibility.
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring and promote LEAN principles and process improvement.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment while meeting or exceeding corporate safety goals.
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas of improvement, and successes to associates.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to provide growth and development opportunities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Assist a wide range of clients with their needs and demands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change.
• Strong skills and abilities to collaborate, communicate, and motivate others to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to cross-train.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, web-based, and TMS applications (Required).
• Supply chain/logistics experience (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
