As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service in all managed locations for current and prospective customers. As an integral member of leadership, your team will rely upon your talents and abilities to foster an efficient and safety-first culture. Reporting to the Regional Area Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations execution in the respective locations, including customer service, plant maintenance/up keep, vehicle maintenance, ride along with employees, and employee training. Responsibilities
- Own execution and adherence to standards for all branch processes.
- Supervision of Dock/Yard Employees through coaching and development conversations; ensuring a commitment to being a world-class leader in safety and responsibility.
- Execute Customer Deliveries / Installations as needed to support Branch Initiatives
