Operations Supervisor

About the role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment while overseeing the day-to-day activities of the plant at our Blue Anchor, NJ facility. This role operates on the night shift and plays a crucial role in driving production efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team in producing millions of Eggo waffles, with adaptability and agility being key in our high-speed, continuously evolving manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities on your assigned shift to meet production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
• Provide direction and servant leadership to a team of operators, fostering a culture of accountability and execution.
• Prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a "safety first" attitude to uphold People Safety and Food Safety standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• High School Diploma or GED with substantial proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work an off shift (night shift).
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States; Kellanova does not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Pay

The annual salary range is $76,200–$104,720, based on factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
