Operations Supervisor

About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, directly impacting production efficiency, quality, and safety. You’ll orchestrate the creation of beloved products like Eggo waffles in a high-speed, continuously improving environment. Adaptability and agility are key to success in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities on your assigned shift to meet production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
• Provide direction and servant leadership to your team of operators, fostering a culture of accountability and execution.
• Prioritize safety, upholding our "safety first" values for both people and food safety.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• High School Diploma or GED with substantial proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability.
• Ability to work an off shift (night shift).
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States; Kellanova does not sponsor employment visas for this role.

Pay

The annual salary range is $76,200–$104,720, based on factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
