Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401 (K) with generous company match Generous Paid time off (PTO) Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Life Insurance coverage Performance bonuses Job Details Responsibilities: Work with personnel in the operation, monitoring, and performance of all equipment Communicate with fellow workers and supervisors about possible production issues, concerns, and needs Trouble shoots work related problems using job knowledge, experience, and by communicating with others (pulpit operator, process manager, maintenance personnel, etc) Assist maintenance personnel when requested/needed Fill in or assist supervisor in the performing of duties when requested and needed Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing MS Office SAP Production personnel scheduling experience Interested in hearing more?
