Responsibilities
- Establish and lead US operational activities in alignment with global operational standards
- Support the launch and operational readiness of the US GSE facility, including workflows, tooling, equipment, inventory, and logistics processes
- Develop and implement operational processes, systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms
- Lead daily production and assembly activities to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with global supply chain teams to ensure material availability
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control activities
- Monitor productivity, operational performance, and delivery outcomes while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain operational policies, work instructions, and process documentation
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop production employees as the operation expands
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful operational execution
- Support customer visits, audits, and operational reviews as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and operational partners
- Provide regular operational reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience within manufacturing, assembly, industrial technology, electronics, or similar environments
- Experience establishing or scaling operational capability, including facility readiness, production setup, logistics processes, inventory controls, and team onboarding
- Demonstrated success leading production and operational teams
- Experience managing inventory, production planning, and customer delivery performance
- Experience working within a global or multi-site business environment preferred
- Strong understanding of production management, inventory management, and operational planning
- Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools
