Operations Supervisor

About the role

Assist with daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders, ensuring all work orders are completed each week. Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts. Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents. Strategically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales efforts and follow-up phone calls, meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Clean windows as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners
• Conduct weekly safety training and document all safety incidents
• Develop a commercial customer base through cold-call sales and follow-up
• Meet sales goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual)
• Clean windows as needed

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous management experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team-building skills
• Experience selling and/or working with customers preferred
• Ability to train others
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Liability car insurance

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
• Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet
