About the role
Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking an ITAD Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role represents organizational goals and expectations to the team while advocating for team needs to management. Supervisors act as servant leaders, removing barriers to success, fostering workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement in safety, engagement, and accountability to production goals, quality standards, and core values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a work group
- Maintain production plan and goals
- Provide general ITAD support work
- Inspire, answer questions, and manage performance of a team
- Execute development plans for team members
- Act as a resource and support problem-solving for team members
- Drive operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to enhance safety and improve processes
- Operate a forklift
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but relevant experience matters more
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, or leadership roles
- At least 2 years of experience supervising or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, production, or hardware processing environments
Skills
- Clear communicator who can lead a technical team, translate priorities, and align people around shared goals
- Organized and calm under pressure, able to juggle projects, shift priorities, and keep execution moving
- Confident balancing efficiency, quality, and resale value when making daily decisions
- Comfortable navigating conversations across departments and engaging with both frontline team members and cross-functional partners

Pay
$23.85 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.
