We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall. The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and help ensure that all exterior and common areas of the property are maintained to a high standard. This is an active, hands-on supervisory position in an outdoor environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, snow, cold temperatures, heat and other challenging outdoor conditions.

The position is based at an outdoor shopping mall, with the majority of work taking place throughout the exterior areas of the property. Employees must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including hot and humid weather, rain, snow and freezing temperatures, wind, cold weather, and changing conditions throughout the shift. The role requires standing, walking, and being active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners working throughout the property.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to established standards.
• Monitor cleaning activities and inspect areas to ensure quality requirements are met.
