Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of driver operations, routing execution, and customer service delivery. Operations & Dispatch

• Coordinate driver scheduling for fixed route and charter services
• Dispatch daily operations and assist drivers with routes and itineraries
• Support routing activities to maintain service efficiency

Driver Management

• Monitor driver attendance and performance
• Conduct driver interviews and support hiring processes
• Administer disciplinary action as needed

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for Board of Education, drivers, and parents
• Respond promptly to operational and service-related inquiries

Administrative & Payroll

• Prepare and process weekly driver payroll
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation
