Operations Supervisor

About the role
The Fulfillment Center Supervisor will be a key leader at our Fulfillment Center, responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. You may oversee one or more of the following areas: replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, special projects, or returns. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, motivate a performance-driven team, and prioritize customer service.
This role is open to applicants who reside within a commutable distance to the Groveport, OH area and follows a 1st shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of associates
- Oversee time tracking, time off, and approve timecards for your team
- Run metrics and reports to establish team performance and share updates with the broader operations team
- Direct shift operational flow and flex resources to achieve requirements at the lowest cost and best service levels
- Drive efficiency by continuously improving processes and practices
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Hire and train distribution center team members on best practices and policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other supervisors to achieve broader goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse operations experience in one of the following: Inventory, Quality
- 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience motivating, training, and leading a team to high performance
- Systems experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data to support decisions and drive success in your areas of responsibility
- Prior 3PL operations experience
- Inventory and/or Quality experience

Work Environment
- 1st shift: Monday–Friday
- Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching)
- Able to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs. on occasion (e.g., document boxes, files, binders)
- Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- May require overtime, including extended schedules during peak seasons
