Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor with a remediation background to lead a team of restoration and remediation technicians. This role supports residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large-loss projects involving water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, as well as basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
• Manage and supervise restoration crews
• Ensure technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
• Confirm all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
• Ensure all documentation is complete

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew in remediation or restoration
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Position requires on-call availability
