Operations Supervisor

About the role

BMS CAT is a national leader in disaster restoration, handling projects from initial clean-up to complete rebuilds for multi-million-dollar commercial losses, residential losses, and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long-standing reputation as an industry leader. We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor with a remediation background to lead a team of restoration and remediation technicians.

Responsibilities

• Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews
• Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
• Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
• Make certain all documentation is complete

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
• IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening
• This position will require you to be on call
