Operations Supervisor 3508992 Hourly pay: $40/hrWorksite: Leading medical institution (Los Angeles, CA 90045 - Onsite)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment A leading medical institution is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and administrative operations for an ambulatory nursing operations team. Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Review incoming requests for float support and assign staff based on qualifications, and update staff schedules for early departures or late arrivals.Coordinate new hire training schedules, including preceptorship training and externships, and work with Ambulatory Nursing, Safety, Security, Skills Management, HR, and other teams to train all employees on the skills needed for their roles.Prepare correspondence for Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Management, and oversee compliance.Schedule meetings for the operational team with internal and external stakeholders, and co-host staff and manager meetings.Triage messages for the management team and direct them to the appropriate manager. Operations Supervisor Qualifications 2 years of managerial experience.1 year of experience within a healthcare setting.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Working knowledge of research-oriented patient care systems.Working knowledge of university policies and procedures to manage risk and personnel.Ability to write clear, concise, and logical analytical and administrative reports, memoranda, and correspondence for a variety of audiences. Shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (H)
