About the Role
The Operations Supervisor manages the daily activities of multiple production teams performing complex decontamination and decommissioning work. The role ensures safe, high-quality, and cost-effective task execution while meeting project schedules. This position oversees subcontracted craft teams, ensures compliance with nuclear operations, criticality controls, waste management, OSHA safety standards, and NRC regulations, and directly influences the quality and performance of assigned teams.
Responsibilities
- Set work priorities and resolve complex operational issues.
- Provide leadership oversight to subcontracted craft teams.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear operations, criticality controls, waste management, OSHA safety standards, and NRC regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- First-line management experience in the D&D field or related area.
- U.S. Citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Active DOE “Q or L” clearance strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain a DOE security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- College-level or vocational training in a technical field.
- 5+ years of field experience in an operating nuclear manufacturing facility or with nuclear D&D.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $136,000 per year. The actual salary may vary based on local job market factors, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Total compensation may include an annual cash incentive and a full range of benefits.
