Pay

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000.00 (minimum) - $110,000.00 (midpoint) - $136,000.00 (maximum). All members are included in an annual cash bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to front-line team members to meet daily production targets and customer expectations.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, manage member development, recognition, and ensure accountability and policy adherence.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues while coaching and mentoring the team’s problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, improving the production system to meet customer demand.

  • Team Communication: Model excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, support teams, and your own team.
  • Time Management: Identify critical tasks, allocate time and resources, balance urgent production needs with short-term improvement initiatives, and consistently meet production and delivery targets without compromising quality or safety.
  • Lean Mindset: Follow lean practices such as 5S and waste reduction. Participate in and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Team Focus: Effectively lead teams through 5S, visual management, standardized work, and daily management systems.
  • Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while effectively perceiving and responding to the emotions of others. Includes empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to support overall team objectives and workflow. Ensure team members are trained and certified. Collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and support team goals. Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster a collaborative culture.

This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR and EAR or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
