What You Contribute to the Team

• Supervise a safety/security program
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including performance & development management, time keeping, hiring, dismissals, and lead/coordinate daily meetings
• Coordinate the completion of all planned and ad-hoc maintenance
• Maintain adherence to Repair Station/Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
• Monitor housing and facilities safety requirements and report any insufficiencies
• Engage with customers regarding Aircraft Maintenance (where required)
• Identify and communicate best practices and champion continuous improvement initiatives

How to Thrive in This Role

• 3 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspection procedures
• Leadership experience in Aircraft Maintenance (preferred)
• A&P certificate or certificated under FAR (part 65)
• Familiarity with aircraft inspection systems and procedures
• Familiarity with Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop people
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient computer skills

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspection procedures
