Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
• Manage resources, costs, and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
• Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
• Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience.
• Preferred Experience (but not required):
  • Engineering, Field, or project management.
  • Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
  • Previous project supervisory experience.
