Responsibilities
- Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
- Manage resources, costs, and customer satisfaction for effective project completion and delivery.
- Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
- Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, helping grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

- Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.
Requirements
- Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience: 5-10 years relevant experience.
- Preferred Experience (but not required):
- Engineering, Field, or project management.
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
- Previous project supervisory experience.
