Operations Supervisor - 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
About
or "About the company". The instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- Onsite: Lincoln, CA (location)
- Benefits: list (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Costco Membership Reimbursement and 40% off Employee Discount)
- About San Francisco Bay Coffee (company description)
- Job Summary (maybe part of Responsibilities? Could be a paragraph)
- Key Responsibilities (list)
- Qualifications (list)
- Pay Range: $73,000-$90,000 per year DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm (some weekends)
- Job Type: Full-time (maybe not needed)
- Location: Lincoln, CA (already given)
- EEO etc to remove.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: Benefits, About (maybe "About the company" or "About San Francisco Bay Coffee"), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Job Summary" could be part of Responsibilities or a separate section? The instruction list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. There's no "Job Summary". We could incorporate Job Summary into Responsibilities or maybe as a brief paragraph under Responsibilities. But we should not create a section without heading from list unless we have content. The list is examples; we can use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. For About, we could use "About the role" but that's not exactly company description. Could use "About the role" to include job summary? Might be okay. However we also have company description; maybe we can put that under "About the role" as well? But "About the role" is more about the job, not company. Could also use "About" not in list but maybe acceptable? The instruction says use those as examples, not exclusive. It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings; we could also use other headings if needed but better to stick to those. We have company description; maybe we can put under "About the role" but that seems odd. Could also create a section "About" but not in list; risk. Safer to include company description as a paragraph under a heading like "About the role" or maybe we can omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot omit company description. So we need a heading for it. Could use "About the role" and put both job summary and company description? Might be confusing but still preserves info. Alternatively we could use "About" as heading; it's not in the examples but likely acceptable as it's a heading. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So we can use About
. That seems fine.
Thus sections:
About

We also have location: Onsite: Lincoln, CA. Could be included in a short paragraph maybe under a heading? Not required. Could add aLocation: Lincoln, CA (Onsite)
maybe before sections. Not a heading. That's fine. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Fair Chance Act, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: job summary, responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list, pay range, schedule, location, company description. Let's extract responsibilities list from text: "Key Responsibilities Collaborates with plant leadership to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, and performance Installs measurement systems that provide an ongoing real-time status towards achieving the day-to-day requirements to ensure that efficient production levels are achieved Implements production practices that meet or exceed prescribed productivity and quality goals to ensure adherence to production schedules Fosters an environment of continuous improvement and learning to achieve and maintain industry leadership Anticipates problem issues before they arise and takes corrective action Works with the operations manager in the development and implementation of production cost standards, customer product specifications; acts as a resource in team settings to better understand and meet customer needs Stays informed of cutting edge technology through external trade shows and benchmarking of similar facilities including professional seminars Coaches the production team towards common objectives Applies sound motivational and coaching techniques, including team member developmental feedback and recognitions for good work Manages employee contributions and potential growth so that opportunities for greater contributions can be capitalized Contributes to the development of effective employee training programs, including areas of GMP’s and safety awareness Recommends and implements systems and/or process controls for efficient operations, quality and productivity through continuous improvement and lean principles by establishing and communicating performance measures and results Assigns specific duties to personnel, conduct investigations or research, write technical, informative or operational reports, work on special projects, attend and conduct meetings as required Reviews reports prepared by team members for clarity, completeness, accuracy and conformance with company policies Route approved reports and records to appropriate points of contact Conducts training and promotes continuous learning of staff resulting in a flexible and agile workforce This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Comply with all company policies and procedures, demonstrating a strong commitment to Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in support of product integrity, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance" We need to keep all these as list items. Some sentences are long; we can split each line as separatebefore the

Thus final HTML:
- Collaborates with plant leadership to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, and performance
- Installs measurement systems that provide an ongoing real-time status towards achieving the day-to-day requirements to ensure that efficient production levels are achieved
