Responsibilities

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
  • Manage resources, costs, and customer satisfaction to ensure effective project completion and delivery.
  • Assist the Operations Manager and oversee Project Managers and/or Coordinators in all aspects of the project.
  • Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program, promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent to the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Focus: Maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer.
  • Leadership Orientation: Act as a role model, guide, develop, and mentor others within the Operations Department.
  • Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Experience (not required):
    • Engineering, field, or project management.
    • Experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
    • Previous project supervisory experience.
