About the role
This position will work with employees and management to develop and maintain a dynamic service culture. It is a hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for assisting managers in handling operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Initiatives & Projects (35%)
- Lead complex, specialized initiatives around technology solutions for the department with limited supervision.
- Make implementation decisions for third-party applications based on Allied requirements and client needs to meet strategic objectives.
- Create process project plans for the center of excellence, setting clear objectives.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Identify and execute initiatives to standardize efficiency.
- Track the success rate of released initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
- Analyzes Center of Excellence Data (35%)
- Analyze and create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to evaluate statistics and present recommendations for emerging trends and workflow improvements.
- Develop and deploy training materials during large initiative implementations.
- Ensure quality assurance, productivity, and department standards are maintained through gap analysis of performance versus targets.
- Prioritize, assign, and organize workflow.
- Division Goals (30%)
- Work with management and cross-functional teams to achieve divisional goals with a direct impact on departmental results.
- Serve as a consultant for clients and internal employees on operational questions.
- Handle customer and lender concerns/requests effectively.
- Use clear and concise oral communication and accurately compose written materials.
- Foster an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort while maintaining a high-quality work environment.
- Assist, train, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding specialized and new workflows.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
