Operations Specialist

Starting pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.

About the role

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Greenville, SC (Greer, SC) warehouse location. This manual labor position offers growth potential for candidates with polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The role requires reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations
• Accurately pull product according to customer order
• Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain warehouse organized and clean
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work overtime and variable shifts/hours
• Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software
• Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to interface with customers and employees, fostering excellent communication skills and customer service
• Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description
• Able to be forklift certified
