Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the daily operations of At Home Again Assisted Living & Memory Care. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement, supporting administrative tasks, and collaborating across teams to ensure the smooth running of the communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization.
• Support specific community locations as needed.
• Aid the Director of Operations in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Operational Support Responsibilities Include:
• Employee CNA renewal tracking and support.
• Software and systems support.
• Medicaid claims assistance.
• Care plan oversight support.
• Expense report analysis.
• Rent certificate creation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
