About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Operations Specialist position. This individual, under supervision, will handle customer calls and provide branch support as it relates to deposit products. The ideal candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and provide branch support related to deposit products
- Keep up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles
Requirements
- Mathematical aptitude
- Previous banking experience and knowledge of Bank’s workflow as it pertains to the processing of items
