Operations Specialist

About the role

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on reliable remote operational execution, accurate documentation, timely coordination, and clear communication across assigned workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring operational tasks, schedules, handoffs, and status tracking across remote teams.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, trackers, reports, and supporting records.
• Identify routine workflow issues and assist with practical process improvements.
• Follow up with internal or external stakeholders to keep assigned work moving on schedule.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, exceptions, dependencies, and completed actions.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
