Operations Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure client transactions and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Processing disbursements and contributions for client accounts with accuracy and care.
• Handling payments for client bills and tax obligations.
• Processing daily reconcilements, incoming funds and wire transfers.
• Managing daily settlement with our strategic partners.
• Following established procedures and internal controls to safeguard client assets.
• Working closely with teammates to meet daily deadlines and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset.
• The ability to handle confidential financial and client information with discretion.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office and learning new financial or operational systems.
