Operations Specialist

Smartly Technologies is adding an Operations Specialist to its team supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service. This full-time, fully remote role is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service.
• Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests.
• Review workflow data for obvious exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner across managed IT and technical delivery.
• Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers.
• Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues.
• Support process improvements that make routine work more accurate, timely, and consistent.

Requirements

• Strong organization, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, task-management systems, shared documents, email, and workflow tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across different teams.
• Clear written communication and careful attention to deadlines and status details.
• Ability to learn documented processes quickly and identify routine exceptions.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$76,500 - $85,000 per year
