Operations Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and someone who enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes? My Kind Of Bank is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team! Location is flexible among any of our five locations: Battle Lake, Henning, Ottertail, Evansville, or Detroit Lakes! In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the bank by helping ensure transactions and internal accounts are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work with a variety of banking functions and play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Responsibilities Include Maintain customer and account information within the bank's core systemProcess and maintain internal transfers, transfer sweeps, and bank-originated ACH itemsProcess payroll and billing for ACH originatorsAssist with balancing and reconciling accountsProcess rejected and returned itemsSend and receive wire transfersReview prior-day loan tickets and loan disbursements for accuracyReview large-dollar checks for appropriate signatures and endorsementsProcess credit card payments and payablesReview and process mobile depositsAssist with drive-up teller and customer service responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers and technology. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing accurate work, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a team. Someone who is willing to learn, can manage a variety of responsibilities, and is interested in building their knowledge of banking operations would be a great fit for this position.
