Responsibilities

• All community oversight including nursing/care, dining and dietary, maintenance and housekeeping, and life enrichment activities in vacant communities under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations.
• Assist in conducting training and onboarding of new associates once a new Residence Director is hired.
• Travel to communities within the Oklahoma market as needed to assist with operations.

Requirements

• Sincere passion for working with seniors
• Demonstrated success in administration of a senior living community
• 2 years experience in an operations leadership role
• Administrator’s license or applicable certification as required by the state
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
