General Summary

As an Operations Specialist you will pick, receive, load, unload, replenish, and stage merchandise in the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts, pallet riders, and a layer picker.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to lift 25–50 lb regularly and up to 165 lb when handling keg products (required)
• Professional and effective communication with teammates and managers (required)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills (required)
• Warehouse, merchandising, or wholesaler experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge or experience operating powered equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks, packing‑wrap machinery) (preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with inventory and logistics software programs (preferred)

Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations

• Select and complete next‑day orders for customers
• Pull inventory from racks using automated equipment (ring scanners, I‑pods, I‑pads) and manually when needed
• Check, verify, and audit selected products to ensure correct count and condition
• Build, wrap, tag, check, and stage orders continuously throughout the shift
• Build up and break down pallets and carts as needed
• Operate warehouse and order‑picking computer systems/equipment to accurately fill orders and manage inventory
• Load trucks daily, using I‑pads to verify load sequence as orders are loaded
• Assist in checking orders and replenish the pick floor as needed
• Apply current build and rotation practices when loading bar trucks
• Follow safety, build, and pick best practices
• Care for and maintain equipment
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks assigned by management
• Perform varied duties depending on department assignment; assignments may change based on warehouse needs
