Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant
- Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers
- Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, record deposits
- Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties
- Manage the vault
- Serve as the face of the bank providing the best banking experience by assisting our customers and building strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Current or former teller experience or cash-handling experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
