Operations Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Manager to oversee Honda Federal Credit Union's operational functions, including branch strategies, ITMs, facilities management, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics align with strategic plans.
• Managing support channels to deliver timely, high-quality service.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, overseeing facilities, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conducting quality control reviews of loans, memberships, and operational reports to meet regulatory standards.
• Leading projects to improve core systems, member products, and operational efficiencies.
• Coaching staff to optimize performance, addressing stakeholder inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field; credit union designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in leadership and project management roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of financial systems, and regulatory requirements.
