Operations Research and Systems Analyst

We are seeking prior service members with understanding of how the defense enterprise works and a willingness to problem-solve issues big and small. Our teams are tasked with designing, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations, identifying advanced tools and technology that can expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden, and managing the byproducts of change through project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support general staff functions, including travel planning for senior leaders
• Travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

• Experience supporting the military or intelligence communities
• Experience formally briefing senior military leaders on complex topics
• Experience interfacing with external organizations including Combatant Commands, Field Commands or Major Commands, and the Joint Staff
• Experience leveraging the DoD’s Task Management Tool (TMT)
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Experience as a 15A, FA49, or as an intelligence analyst
• Experience in an operations research analyst role
• Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Work models:

• Remote: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as required by the role.
• Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
