Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform research, analyze and compile knowledge pertaining to Electronic Warfare systems and operations.
- Develop analytical tools to support decision-making in EW operations.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the effectiveness of EW strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into operational planning and system development.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance EW readiness and performance.
- Identify and address capability gaps and assess potential solutions.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, tactics, and techniques relevant to EW operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and at least ten (10) years of related experience.
- Experience or familiarity with Electronic Warfare concepts and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data mining, data modeling, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance.
- Interim Secret clearance required to start.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of related experience and three (3) years of experience in operations research preferred.
Compensation Details
$90,000 - $125,000 annually
