About the role
The Operations Research Analyst supports the design of optimal fulfillment solutions and serves as the subject matter expert on configuring and controlling them to operate at peak efficiency. They collaborate with various teams to gather on-the-ground learnings and advise on how to turn these insights into improved standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of ADUSA e-commerce fulfillment strategy and execution
- Collaborate with the Optimization team to design and improve optimal fulfillment models
- Work with counterparts in Tech to integrate and design fulfillment systems
- Provide data-driven insights to improve tactical fulfillment processes
- Develop KPIs and monitor performance
- Contribute to shaping improvement opportunities across different departments
- Participate in the Optimization department to promote partnership behaviors and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, or related fields
- Understanding of dynamic handling systems and constraints
- Experience in SQL and/or data analysis
- Familiarity with programming languages and simulation/modeling software
- Knowledge of equipment, subsystem, and system performance criteria
- Technical knowledge of fulfillment tools and systems
- Experience in delivering cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety best practices

Pay
- Salary range: $75,040 - $112,560 in IL/MA/MD/NY, $86,320 - $129,480 in IL/NC/PA/SC
