Operations Representative

About the role

This role is responsible for managing all outbound freight movements from a consolidation warehouse. The role ensures shipments are properly routed, consolidated, and executed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Outbound routing of all consolidated Reefer LTL shipments
• Outbound order execution
• Appointment scheduling
• Outbound warehouse coordination and reporting
• Accurate order entry and reporting
• Carrier issue resolution

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, warehouse operations, or transportation
• Demonstrated knowledge of LTL, FTL, and refrigerated freight processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to ensure order accuracy and compliance
• Proficiency with TMS and WMS systems for order entry and shipment management
• Ability to negotiate rates and make sound decisions under pressure
