Operations Recruiter

About the role

Formlabs is seeking an experienced Operations Recruiter based in Somerville to support our Marketing and Sales departments. As part of our People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders across the business—with a focus on go-to-market teams—to identify and hire top talent passionate about delivering results for our customers. Formlabs is a leader in professional 3D printing, serving industries from consumer electronics to aerospace and dentistry, and we pride ourselves on building world-class teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments (Marketing, Sales, and others).
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach to final offer.
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our recruiting practices.
• Train hiring managers on effective networking and hiring strategies to support company growth.
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talent.
• Use data to track recruiting results and refine processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with marketing and/or sales roles—from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers.
• Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets.
• Ability to support hiring needs across the company, including tech, marketing, services, sales, and finance.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Bias for action and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling candidate messaging.
• Passion for building connections and networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• International recruiting experience.
• Complex project or program management experience.
• Passion for technology and 3D printing.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 and $155,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact. Full-time employees also receive equity in the form of RSUs, allowing your financial investment to grow with the company.
