Role Overview

The Lead of Operations Quality & Performance will support the ongoing growth and sustainability of GOAT Group’s quality performance program. They will work directly for the Manager of Operations Quality & Performance to ensure the quality performance program is maintained, optimized, and consistently adhered to across our global warehouse network. These efforts will play a critical role in improving operational excellence and providing a world-class customer experience. The Lead will also have an immense impact on our cost of poor quality, directly impacting profitability.

  • Support the ongoing growth and sustainability of GOAT Group’s quality performance program
  • Work directly for the Manager of Operations Quality & Performance to ensure the quality performance program is maintained, optimized, and consistently adhered to across our global warehouse network
  • Ensure the quality performance program is aligned with company standards and objectives
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and findings related to quality performance to operations managers and key stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate quality-related initiatives, projects, and strategic objectives

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • 2+ years of warehouse training experience
  • Experience creating and executing internal audits
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Flexibility to be on site Monday through Friday
  • Willingness to travel to facilities throughout the US to evaluate the facility’s process performance and conduct training when needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership within the Operations organization
  • Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills
  • Able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
