About the role

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from initiation through closure
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of project risk management

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
