Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners.
• Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Cook up communication with potential new agency leads.
• Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy—including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives.
• Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern: The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
