Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS)-2026 Summer (BS/MS)

About the role

The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Aid in onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners.
• Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Collaborate with potential new agency leads to coordinate communication.
• Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy, including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives.
• Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming).
• Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern: The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
