About the role
The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand in hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partners to create an environment where communities can connect in real time. Our team focuses on building creator-facing campaigns that drive engagement, revenue growth, and high-quality LIVE content. This internship offers opportunities to support short-term and impactful LIVE initiatives, gain real-world experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Aid in planning and executing LIVE creator campaigns, including pre-launch preparation, in-app setup, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Support data tracking and reporting for campaign performance, including participation, revenue, and content quality metrics.
- Conduct research on creator behavior, market trends, and competitive best practices to support strategy development.
- Cross-functional coordination with Creator Managers, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery of campaign assets.
- Manage creator outreach, recruitment, and education related to campaign participation.
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and playbooks for campaign operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy, digital marketing, or content operations.
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable.
- Proactive learner with passion for digital platforms and LIVE creators.
