Operations Program Manager (OPM)

About the Role

The Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Systems (EMS) division is seeking an Operations Program Manager. Under general direction, you will provide on-site project support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s), or business unit.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project scheduling data and other complex contract, project, or business-related tasks.
• Interface with all functional levels of the program team to develop and status schedule requirements.
• Work within the OPM team to deconflict resources and protect the schedule for all projects.
• Create and maintain progress reports, meeting notes, and other activities such as QE’s, VIR’s, and production reports.
• Monitor email correspondence, QE notifications, VIR status, Job/PO progress, and overall material demand.
• Track and review daily job production reports and update PM on manufacturing/material support required from the planning group.

Requirements

• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a role requiring excellent communication skills with knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstrated organization and presentation skills.
• Keen ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.

Pay

Salary: $67,400–$97,400. The salary range is a general guideline for a position based in SC. Criteria such as qualifications, relevant experience, scope of the position, and market considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
