THE WORK

This role will support the SEMS (Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems) line of business and the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic (REAS) market segment, specifically the production work in our La Mesa, MX factory and reporting through the leadership team in Orlando, FL. This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs which includes both labor and material responsibilities.

  • Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material)
  • Executing earned value requirements for both
  • Leading proposals to include leading the proposal and authoring basis of estimates (BOEs)
  • Leading new program launches and leading the team through end item material delivery
  • Leading the IPT to ensure a Quality, on budget, and on time delivery
  • Analyzing and updating program schedules
  • Leading the IPT to develop production startup requirements
  • Identifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvements
  • Supporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings
